Moose in our backyard

We had moose in our backyard. It was so cool, we've seen a few so far this year, usually off the side of the road or something, but because we have gotten so much snow they have migrated down into the valley to shallower snow. It was very fun having them in our back yard, but at the same time, I was really nervous having a momma and a baby, meaning mom's are VERY protective, and I've been told that they will charge if they feel threatened. So I had to keep the kids in for a few days while they hung out. Kurt was kind enough to put our family into danger and call the baby in. He did get it to turn. I am glad that the mom didn't feel threatened though. Kind of scary, but cool at the same time.
